Smiles 4 Miles brings smiles to the faces of children suffering from serious illnesses, quite often being terminal. We bring awesome activities like slime making and rainbow explosions to sick children all around Australia, and put a smile on their faces during the hardest times of times.

Our Services
At smiles 4 miles, we value inclusivity and therefore have designed a plethora of activities that can be enjoyed by children of all ages, mobility levels and cognitive abilities! Whilst some kids are entirely mobile and can participate in “hands on” activities such as slime making, others are immobile, and therefore demonstration based activities can be brought to them anywhere, even in bed - Such things include awesome rainbow explosions!!
Smiles 4 miles understands the impact that a sick child can pose on a family. For this reason we offer our services to not only the sick children, but their siblings too!! Seeing a loved one go through a time of grave sickness is one of the hardest things you can do, so our aim is to bring joy to their families, even during the hardest of times.
Coming from a person who spent a lot of their schooling years in hospital, I understand the impact this can hold on ones education. For this reason, Smiles 4 Miles offers mobile education services to children missing out on school due to being in hospital. Volunteer tutors are here to help out both sick children and their siblings from hospitals, palliative care centres and more! We value education, and believe that no sickness should prevent a child from learning.
